Terms of Service
By submitting the SafeMom waitlist form, you agree to the following terms:
1. Pre-Launch Status
SafeMom is currently in pre-launch. By joining the waitlist, you are registering your interest in being notified when SafeMom becomes available in your area. Waitlist registration does not create a user account or grant access to any product features.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to join the SafeMom waitlist. SafeMom is designed for mothers and primary caregivers.
3. No Guarantees
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to SafeMom at launch. We may limit availability by region or capacity. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate information on the waitlist form. Submitting false or misleading information may result in removal from the waitlist.
Privacy Policy
What We Collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, last name (optional), email address, city or neighborhood, and the optional preferences you share on the form (whether you want to join or start a group, the group's name, and how you heard about us). That's it. No passwords, no social media profiles, no device fingerprinting.
How We Use It
We use your information solely to notify you when SafeMom launches in your area and to send occasional pre-launch updates. We will never use your email for unrelated marketing.
What We Never Do
We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We never use your data for advertising. We never share your information with data brokers.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your waitlist data at any time by contacting us. Once deleted, your information is permanently removed from our systems.
